Faults and Interruptions to Water
Occasionally there will be faults or interruptions to town water supply. Interruptions to water availability or pressure at a residence, street or section of town may occur for a variety of reasons such as:
-a planned or scheduled water outage: where Roxby Water are undertaking water network maintenance or another town infrastructure project requires that water be temporarily turned off.
-an unplanned water outage: where a problem in the water distribution network has arisen as a result of some other issue (eg: an event that has impacted a water pipe) or for some other reason that is not related to the Roxby Water network (eg: a weather event or mine-site activity).
Before reporting a water issue it is wise to check your property for leaks or damage that may not be related to the Roxby Water network.
