Becoming an Australian Citizen represents a commitment to Australia and its people. 
Applications for Australian Citizenship are processed by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. Information on how to apply for Australian Citizenship is available from the Australian Citizenship website www.citizenship.gov.au or the Citizenship Information Line on 131 881 (from within Australia)
Applicants for Australian Citizenship are asked to visit the Council Office once they receive their Citizenship letter of approval - please bring your letter and identification.
Roxby Council conducts a Citizenship Ceremonies. New citizens are welcome to invite family and friends to attend.
