Pool Parties
You can reserve a pool shade on the grass or tables and BBQs in the Splashpad area, for your next family or friends catch up or birthday party. Simply fill in the below booking request form for your desired area and a member of our bookings team will be in contact.
Please note:
- When submitting your enquiry please take into consideration our 'Conditions Of Entry', 'Conditions of Use' and 'Pool Rules'
- Any private hirers must gain permission for any external services hired to be used at our space. Eg: face painter, catering services, soft play etc
- All external businesses approved to use our space are required to provide a valid certificate of currency prior use
- Parties can only be booked within our standard 'Hours of Operation', no access will be given for setup prior
- Alcohol and glass is not permitted in the pool yard, staff reserve the right to check any bags, eskies or boxes for prohibited items
Please note this is a booking request only. We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 3 business days to confirm or to provide alternative options if we cannot accommodate your request.
To reserve a space only there is no additional fee, standard entry fees apply as per current financial year fees and charges available at: https://www.roxbydowns.sa.gov.au/council/about-roxby-council/fees-and-charges

Outdoor Pool Shade Options
1. Indoor Pool Shade - shaded marquee on the main lawn closest to the indoor pool. Two tables present.
2. Deep End Shade - shaded marquee at the end of the main 25m pool. Not recommended for parties with participants below the age of 10. Two tables present.
3. Hill Shade - shaded marquee at the top of the hill at the end of the main 25m pool, closest to the Splashpad. Not recommended for parties with participants below the age of 10. One table present.
