Stallholder Information
The Event
What: A one day expo held in Richardson Place focusing on all areas of health and wellbeing. Multiple stalls providing information on their services, hosting demos, providing workshops and activities.
When: Saturday 1st April 2023, 10am – 3pm (Stalls must not be packed up until after 3pm)
Venue: Richardson Place (Main Street) & Roxby Link Auditorium
Take part in a community stall or run a workshop/activity.
A no cost way of getting involved. If you would like to exhibit or run a workshop or share a talent free of charge, you can take part in a community stall. Think about what service you would like to offer the town of Roxby Downs.
The Happy Healthy Expo will have no stallholder fee, this is also a free community event so please remember that you cannot sell products.
Richardson Place will be closed off to traffic from 7am – stall holders will be able to enter and set up any time prior to 10am (depending on how long you think it will take to set up.)
Forms must be completed and returned no later than Friday 17th February 2023.
