New Residents
This section applies to new Roxby Downs residents who need to arrange electricity to a newly purchased home or rental property.

To have power connected you need to submit a Roxby Power - Application for Supply of Electricity and provide several forms of identification. Forms of identity accepted include: an Australian Drivers Licence, Proof of Age Card, Australian Passport, International Visa/Passport, ABN). Please complete the application form and return it to the Roxby Council office, Richardson Place, Roxby Downs.
- Customers applying for a new connection or reconnection after being disconnected due to an overdue account balance, may be asked to pay an electricity bond. Roxby Power - Electricity Bond Policy
- Time of connection: Please note that the application form MUST be received by the Council before 3.00pm on the day of connection to avoid an after-hours fee.
