The Municipal Council of Roxby Downs (Roxby Council) Enterprise Agreement 2020 provides a foundation for:
- continuous business and service improvement activities in the work place;
- flexible working hours and conditions that are aimed at ensuring all employees can maintain a good balance between work and home;
- support mechanisms for those who are faced with family illness or
emergencies; and - support for training and professional development.
