Adoption of Council Strategic Plans
Adoption of the Annual Business Plan 2023-2024
Pursuant to and in accordance Section 12 of the Roxby Downs (Indenture Ratification) Act 1982, and in accordance with Clauses 23 and 29 of the Schedule to that Act, and pursuant to Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1999 and Regulation 6 of the Local Government (Financial Management) Regulations 2011 and having considered all submissions in accordance with Section 123(6) of the Local Government Act 1999 Council adopted the Annual Business Plan 2023-2024 as set out in the agenda for the Special Meetings held on 9th August & 15th August 2023.
Adoption of the Long-term Financial Plan 2023-2033 and Infrastructure and Asset Management Plan 2023-2033
Pursuant to and in accordance with Section 122 of the Local Government Act 1999 (including subsections (1a), (4)(a) and (4)(b)), and Regulation 5 of the Local Government (Financial Management) Regulations 1999, Council adopted the following strategic documents as set out in the agenda for the Special Meetings held on 9th August & 15th August 2023:
- Long-term Financial Plan 2023-2033;
- Infrastructure and Asset Management Plan 2023-2033
