How to nominate:
We have created an online nomination form. Alternatively you can pick up a paper nomination form from Roxby Community Library.
- You must nominate either online or on the official form.
- You are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible about the person you are recommending - this will help the selection committee choose the most appropriate recipient.
- You can nominate at any time - awards are made quarterly.
Nominee eligibility: Your nominee must
- Be volunteering in Roxby Downs.
- Be a resident of the Roxby Downs region.
Nominations should not include individuals who volunteer as part of paid employment.
