Bin Replacement, Missed Collection, Missing and Damaged Bins
MISSED BIN COLLECTION
If your bin collection was missed, please first check if the bin met the requirements for kerbside collection.
If you believe the bin was missed in error, please advise Veolia as soon as possible by contacting them on 0455 305 587 Monday to Friday during business hours
Please be aware that contracted bin collection services operate in Roxby Downs from Tuesday to Friday. Bin collection is physically not available or possible on other days due to truck availability.
MISSING/STOLEN OR DAMAGED BIN
Bins will be replaced if:
- You have moved into existing premises and bins are missing
- Your bins have been stolen
- A split within the bin body allows vermin access to waste
- Damage allows liquid to leak out
- Damage represents a risk to others
REQUEST REPLACEMENT BIN
Please contact Veolia on 0455 305 587 during business hours (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) to:
- request a new bin
- request replacement of a missing/stolen bin
- request bin repairs or replacement parts (e.g. replacement of lid pins, wheels, axles, lids or the bin body)
